Artist's Comments
This was my first attempt at creating realistic portraits without photo reference (save for the second character's striking resemblance to The Comedian) for the game Icewind Dale II.
They came out okay in pencil, but coloring it in photoshop proved to be challenging, so I abandoned these portraits. I have recently purchased a graphic template and pen, and am now working on new portraits solely in photoshop. |
